Ventus provides landscape architecture and design services as described on this site, across South Florida, the Caribbean, and Guyana. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for any project will be confirmed directly with you before work begins.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through this site or in correspondence is non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final project scope, pricing, and timelines will be set out in a separate agreement or invoice.
4. Licensing and Compliance
Landscape architecture and design services are performed in accordance with applicable jurisdiction requirements for each market we serve. We will not represent ourselves as licensed for a given scope of work unless we hold the appropriate license or credential at the time work is performed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, and branding for Ventus — is owned by Ventus unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
